The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today approved and took on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2018, together with Unqualified Report of the Auditors . The said results were also approved by Audit committee meeting held today . The copy of said audited results as signed by the Chairman is attached herewith together with copy of Auditors Report submitted by our Auditors. The said results will be published in Newspapers within 48 hours . A declaration to the effect that pursuant to the SEBI Circular No :CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 Dated 27.05.2016 , there is unqualified opinion of Auditors with respect to the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31,2018 is attached .
