We wish to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. on Monday, 12thFebruary, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company have considered and approved the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter & Nine Months period ended 31st December, 2017. The Said unaudited financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors. The Statutory Auditors have carried out a Limited Review of the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months period ended 31stDecember, 2017. In compliance with Regulations 33 & Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing here with a copy of the Standalone Financial Results and Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:00 a.m. and concluded at 1:30 p.m. May we request you to take the same on your record and inform all your constituents accordingly.
