Considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2018. 2. Appointed M/s VISHWAS SHARMA & ASSOCIATES, COMPANY SECRETARIES as Secretarial Auditor of the company for the financial year 2018- 19 to 2020- 21. Appointed M/s. HEMANT VORA & CO., Chartered Accountants as an Internal Auditor of the company for the financial year 2018- 19 to 2020-21.
