PANACEA BIOTEC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 14th November, 2018 at New Delhi, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. Further, pursuant to Regulations 46(2) & 47(1) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, notice of the said meeting is also being sent for publication in newspapers and uploaded on the website of the Company. Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees of the Company from 02.11.2018 to 16.11.2018 (both days inclusive).
