We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today, i.e. 14.08.2018 inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company (which have been subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors) for the quarter ended 30.06.2018 in terms of Reg 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. The same were also reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held on 13.08.2018. A copy of the same along with the Limited Review Report is enclosed herewith.
