Dear Sir/ Maam, Pursuant to the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2018. Further to note that as per the provisions of Regulation 33 (d) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2o15, the listed entity is required to submit the Limited Review Report or audit report with Un-audited financial statements. However, the statutory auditor of the Company has resigned w.e.f. 1st October, 2018, and therefore Company is unable to submit the Limited review report for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2018. The Company shall submit the limited review report as soon as new statutory auditor of the Company is appointed. You are requested to display the same on the Notice Board of your Exchange for the information of members and general public.
