A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Thursday, the 14th day of February, 2019 at 12.00 Noon at the Corporate Office of the Company at Indore and concluded at 05.40 p.m.The Board inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results(both Standalone and Consolidated) of the company for the third quarter of the financial year 2018-19 ended on 31st December, 2018. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find attached herewith,the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated basis) as on 31st December, 2018 of the Company along with the Limited Review Report given by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2018. This is for the information of the exchange and members thereof. You are requested to take the same on record.
