PAUSHAK LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on Wednesday, the 7th August, 2019, inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2019. Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from 1st July, 2019, will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results on 7th August, 2019.
