PAWANSUT HOLDINGS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We are pleased to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 30th May, 2019 at 03:00 P.M at the Registered Office of the Company, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. In continuation of earlier announcement and as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of trading by insiders (the Code), the trading Window in respect of the Companys Securities shall remain closed for all for the Directors, Designated employees and insiders from 6th April, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results (both days inclusive).
