In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today at 11:00 a.m., has considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. We enclose copies of the following:- (a) The Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019 along with Auditors Report. (b) Declaration pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The results will be published in the newspaper pursuant to Regulation 47(1)(b) of the aforesaid regulations.
