PERFECTPAC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. Further, we have already informed vide letter dated April 08, 2019 for the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for Designated Persons from Monday, April 08, 2019 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results to the Stock Exchange.
