PERMANENT MAGNETS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company on Standalone basis for the quarter and financial year ended as on March 31, 2019 and Any other item with the permission of chair. Further the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors / Officers/ Designated persons of the Company till 48 hours post the board meeting i.e till May 31, 2019. The trading window shall reopen on June 01, 2019.
