Dear Sir, The Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on 14th November, 2018, inter alia considered the following; 1.Approved the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results together with Limited Review Report thereon for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015. The copy of the same is enclosed herewith. The meeting concluded at 4.30 p.m.
