PETRON ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Petron Engineering Construction Limited has informed BSE that, pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year Ended 31st March, 2019 will be considered and approved on Tuesday, the 28th May, 2019 by the Resolution Professional, Mr. Udayraj Patwardhan, (Reg. No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00024/2016-2017/10057), appointed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, vide its Order dated 6th August, 2018.
