We wish to inform you that at the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2019, inter alia, has transacted the following: 1. Approved the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2019. The said audited financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors. Further, pursuant to the requirement of regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Statement showing the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2019 is attached herewith. 2. Approval of Directors Report for the year ended 31st March, 2019.
