POLYCON INTERNATIONAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2018. Further, the Trading Window will be closed from opening trading hours of 30th January, 2019 and will be reopened on 15th February, 2019 after expiry of 24 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on 13th February, 2019.
