Further, as intimated earlier, that pursuant to SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of PPIL as well as Circular issued by the Stock Exchange dated: 02nd April, 2019 , the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company which has been closed from 01st July, 2019 shall remain closed till 15th August, 2019 (both days inclusive).
