In continuation of our earlier letters dated 2nd August, 2018 and 29th August, 2018, we would like to inform you that, the Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. in its meeting held today i.e. September 11, 2018 have considered and approved the unaudited financial results (Standalone) for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. Accordingly, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, Please find enclosed herewith the unaudited financial results (Standalone) for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report by our Statutory Auditors thereupon.
