PRATIBHA INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/09/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure) Regulations 2015, we hereby intimate you that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 11th September, 2018, inter-alia, to consider and approve, the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018. Further, in terms of the code of conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 8th September, 2018 to Friday, 14th September, 2018 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, Directors / Designated employees/Concern persons shall not trade in the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
