The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 15th January, 2019 have approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2018 and taken on record, the Limited Review Report on the said results. In terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we are herewith forwarding Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2018 and the Limited Review Report for the said period.
