We would like to inform you that, the Board of Directors at their Meeting held today i.e.18th May, 2019 have approved - 1. The Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended 31st of March, 2019 and 2.The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs.2.70 per Share for the year ended 31st of March, 2019 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. Please find the results and outcome of the meeting attached.
