With reference to the captioned subject, please take note that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, i.e. on 30th May 2019 has approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019. In view of the same, we enclose herewith the following in compliances with requirement of Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015: 1. Copy of standalone and consolidated financial results alongwith Auditors Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon respectively for the financial year ended 31st March 2019. 2. Annexure I (Statement of Impact of audit qualifications) in the Audit Reports issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company on Standalone and Consolidated results. Please take note that the meeting of the Board of Director commenced at 03.00 p.m. and concluded at 8:30 p.m.
