JSL Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that instead of submitting unaudited financial results for the 4th quarter ended March 31, 2011 within forty five days from the end of financial year, the Company would submit audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 within sixty days from the end of financial year ended March 31, 2011.
