Honda Siel Power Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Company proposes to publish Audited Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2011 in May 2011 hence Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended March 31, 2011 required to be submitted within forty five days from the end of the quarter shall not be submitted.
