Kriti Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company opts to publish Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year Ended on March 31, 2011 within 60 day of end of the financial year i.e. May 30, 2011. Therefore, Unaudited results for the last quarter ended on March 31, 2011 is not being published/given to the Exchange.
