Nelco Ltd has informed BSE that the Company’s Financial Year 2011-12 has ended on September 30, 2012. The Company will publish its audited financial results for the year ended September 30, 2012 within the specified period of sixty days from the end of the financial year. In view of this, the Company will not be submitting Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter ended September 30, 2012.
