KEI Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish its Audited Annual Financial Results for the Financial Year ending on March 31, 2012 within a period of 60 days from the end of the last Quarter of the said Financial Year i.e. on or before May 30, 2012. In view of this Company will not be publishing Un-audited Quarterly Results of last Quarter ending March 31, 2012.
