Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would be publishing Audited Financial Results for the financial year 2010-2011 within a period of sixty (60) days from the end of the financial year i.e. March 31, 2011. Hence, the Company would not be publishing the Unaudited quarterly results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 and also would not be submitting the Limited Review by the Auditors for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
