Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would be publishing the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended June 30, 2012 within 60 days from the close of the Financial Year. Accordingly, the Company will not be publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended June 30, 2012.
