Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd has informed that the Company has decided to publish Audited Financial Results for the accounting year ended March 31, 2011 within the stipulated period of 60 (sixty) days (i.e. on or before May 30, 2011) from the end of the financial year 2010- 2011. Thus, the unaudited financial, results for the last quarter of the accounting year ended March 31, 2011 will not be published.
