PUDUMJEE PAPER PRODUCTS LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/10/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened to be held on Saturday, the 20th October, 2018 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the Quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September, 2018. Further to inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from 11th October, 2018 to 22nd October, 2018 (both days inclusive).
