IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further, the Company confirm that as per the Companys internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from October 20, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
