Petronet LNG Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further, Trading window shall remain closed w.e.f. October 28, 2014 to November 08, 2014 both days inclusive.
