Delta Corp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 16, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of tlie Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). In this regard, as per Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of die Company, shall remain closed for all the Directors and other designated employees covered under the Code, from the closure of business hours of October 08, 2014 to closure of business hours of October 17, 2014.
