KPIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 12, 2014, upto October 22, 2014 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading.
