Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 22, 2014 for taking on record the Companys Audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further, pursuant to Regulation 6.2 of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in shares of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Designated Employees and their Dependent Family Members from October 01, 2014 to October 23, 2014 for dealing in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Companys shares.
