Gateway Distriparks Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, wherein the following would be considered: - Approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3). Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 31, 2017 till February 10, 2017 (both days inclusive). Trading window will open on February 13, 2017.
