Indian Bank has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 25, 2017, inter alia, for approving the Standalone Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3). Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bank will remain closed from January 14, 2017 to January 27, 2017 (both days inclusive) for Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank. The Trading Window will open on January 30, 2017.
