Raymond Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 25, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3). Further, in accordance to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 18, 2017 to January 27, 2017 (both days inclusive).
