IIFL Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 25, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve: 1. Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016 (Q3) pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. To declare Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2016-2017. The Company will also host an earnings conference call on January 27, 2017 at 12.15 PM during which the leadership will discuss the financial performance and take questions. The transcript of the call will be available on the website of the Company www.indiainfoline.com. Further, pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Board Members and designated employees from January 18, 2017 to January 30, 2017 (both days inclusive).
