RADAAN MEDIAWORKS (I) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Wednesday, 29th May 2019, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results /Statements for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019. Further, we wish to inform that pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Employees and other Connected Persons, the Trading Window Closure already commenced from.3rd April 2019, shall continue to remain closed and shall end on 31st May 2019 i.e. completion of 48 hours after declaration of the financial results.
