This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Sunday, 19th May, 2019 inter alia decided as under: 1. Approved Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2019. 2. Recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.10/- Per Equity Share for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019, subject to approval of the shareholders.
