RAJSHREE SUGARS & CHEMICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We hereby inform that the 182nd meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 14th August 2019 at 11.15 AM at the registered office at The Uffizi, 338/8 Avanashi Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore 641 004, to consider among other things, the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019. Further, vide our letter dated 28th June 2019 to the Stock Exchanges, the Company informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities / shares of the Company was closed on 1st July 2019 and shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) till 16th August 2019.
