Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Approved Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018 along-with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company The results will be published in the newspapers in terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Meeting commenced at 3.00 p.m. and was concluded by 6:03 p.m. on the same day. Kindly take the same on your records.
