RATNAMANI METALS & TUBES LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 29th May, 2019 inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019 and to consider and recommend Final Dividend, if any and also to consider such other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, in continuation to our letter dated 4th April, 2019 and in terms of the Code of Conduct of for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for transactions in the equity shares of the Company has been already closed from 4th April, 2019 and will remain closed up to 31st May, 2019 (both days inclusive).
