(i) the un-audited standalone financial results of RattanIndia Power Limited (the Company) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018, duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. on November 14, 2018. (ii)Limited Review Report dated November 14, 2018 on the aforesaid financial results of the Company, issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company.
