We are enclosing herewith, duly authenticated copies of the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report dated February 8, 2019 issued by our Statutory Auditors M/s. Ashok Kumar, Prabhashankar & Co. Chartered Accountants, Bangalore. b. Re-constituted Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by inducting Mr. Robert Taylor as Member.
