The Board of Directors of the Company has approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results alongwith Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2018 and Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor. In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Regulation), a copy of the Unaudited Financial Results and the Statement of Assets and Liabilities of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2018 and the Limited Review Report is enclosed herewith.
