REAL STRIPS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, the 13th February, 2019 at the Registered Office of the Company to consider and take on record the following. To consider Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. Further as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/ officers/designated employees of the Company until January 31, 2019 to February 15, 2019 (both days inclusive).
