REC Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 inter-alia to consider and approve Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2019. Further, as informed vide our letter dated April 3, 2019, the Trading Window is closed from April 4, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 for trading in REC Equity Shares and Listed Debt Securities (Tax Free Bonds etc.) for all designated employees & their immediate relatives and other connected persons, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with clarification issued by NSE & BSE on April 2, 2019.
